Me and the wife just came back from the Dave Matthews Band concert in Chula Vista Ca, great concert for those who want to know….

well, we step in the door, I head to the bathroom, my wife sits down on the couch to eat, and our lovely 3 year old cat Benson ventures off into the bedroom. I hear him meowing, which isn’t uncommon, he’s very vocal. All of a sudden my wife walks into the bedroom and screams that he pissed all over again. This happened right when we got him, which was about a month ago, we really didn’t think much of it at the time considering that he had just come into hour home….we let it slide, stupi dus I suppose. We have a real nice down comforter, I don’t know if this has anything to do with it….input would be appreciated.
I checked the litter box after we noticed he had pee’d, there was a small amount of **** in there….I clean the damn box everyday because I know he’s a picky little cat….I suppose that could’ve caused it.

I got out of high school in 05. I did graduate but i didnt receive my diploma because i didnt passed the proficiency exam(math part). So all i got is my transcript that says how many credits i earned and stuff. What can i do? Right now im in Chula Vista,CA. Anybody knows how can i get my Diploma?

Ps:before i moved to NV i used to study in Ontario,CA and there i did passed a portion of the Exit Exam(the only part i failed was english =[)
Can i re-do the Exit Exam in California and get my diploma there??

Has anyone stayed at the El Primero Boutique Bed & Breakfast Hotel in Chula Vista? I’ve read some good reviews but there are so many hotels it’s hard to choose. We were looking at Chula Vista because it’s still close to the attractions but a little cheaper.

I bought my condo 2 yrs ago in Chula Vista California. I have two mortgages for my home. The first one the big one is interest only 4.625 wich jumps 3% in Dec causing a $500 hike on my monthly paymts. The 2nd one is fixed 12%. The hike is making it impossible for me to make my paymts. I tried to refiance, but I found out that the value of my home has decreased 15 thousand dollars. So my options I feel are only to really struggle with these payments on a house the is not worth what I am paying already or Foreclose. I don’t want to get another loan(Home Equity Line of Credit) to pay off my bills so that I can afford this home, which is what current lender recommends so I can keep paying. I want to Foreclose but I DO NOT want to be Liable for a DEFECIENCY if they don’t get what I owe on it. I was told to avoid that I should try to get the 2nd loan to foreclose first. Is this true? What Can I do so that I will not be liabel for Defeciency if I Foreclose. Plse help if at all possible
